What I wish was different
My managers scheduling was often very tiring. Meaning some of us were scheduled to close but we’d have to wake up at 5:30 to get to work by 6:30 the next morning.
Advice
It’s a hard job, and it will seem too tough in the first month. Don’t give up and push through. The perks are too good to give up.

What I liked
I really enjoy the benefits provided by the company, and also gaining the perspective as an entry level employee in a large corporation. It gave me, and has continued to provide me with a lot of appreciation and understanding of how upper level managerial decisions impact the company down to the most basic positions. It has taught me a lot about the importance of hard work and customer service, as well as employee engagement as I move forward to a career in business.
What I wish was different
Nothing! This job has taught me a lot about myself and has been a great work environment for my college years.
Advice
I would give the advice that it is very important for anyone pursuing business to work an entry level labor job at a business to really understand and appreciate how managerial decisions affect your employees and the environment of your business.
