Applying is easily done online. The work is easy as long as you’re physically able to work and stand for long hours.

Being an Area Manager is a lot of fun. You get to work with all kinds of amazing people throughout the facility including a team ran by you. There is always something to learn at Amazon.com.

There is no real guidance on doing the internship project because none of the site leaders have ever had interns before. Learning together was a great experience but it did make it a little bit more challenging.

Advice
This job requires you to get lots of sleep, eat lots of food, and just take care of your body all around. Many say it’s a hard job and you get worked like a slave but everyone should know how far is too far. I loved it and hopefully I can go back one day

I wish it had more to do with my career but it was the summer after freshman year so it’s not necessary to already have an internship for then.

Although manual labor, it’s humbling to see how hard others have to work to get the job you want done.
