I liked that they offered a lot of hours with good pay.

I wish I had been far enough ahead on my rates to try other things besides the same routine all summer.
Advice
I would suggest trying all effort at once, as if you slack you wont last the entire summer or beyond.

They give a lot of hours and pay weekly. It was the perfect summer job if you're looking to save a good amount of money.

There is not a lot of opportunity to take time off. You work 40+ hours per week and I would have liked a little more time to go on a trip with my friends
Advice
The job involves a lot of standing, walking, and lifting which is important to know before applying. It is not the most glamorus job but I can get through it knowing that I will only be there for a few months.

What I liked
I liked the positive attitude of most of the workers there. Even though it was a pretty boring job and we worked the night shift, everyone always came in and was able to make it an enjoyable experience.
What I wish was different
I wish it wasn't so repetitive. We would be doing the same simple job for 7 hours a night, 4 days a week, and it became monotonous quickly.
Advice
I would say to enjoy it as much as you can, and take out of it as much as possible. While it is a repetitive and simple job, it still taught me valuable work skills that I can apply to school and future jobs.

It was a high energy, busy, competitive environment. It gave me knowledge about the grassroots of a large organization.

I wish it had more to do with my career but it was the summer after freshman year so it’s not necessary to already have an internship for then.
Advice
Although manual labor, it’s humbling to see how hard others have to work to get the job you want done.
