What I liked

I really liked the flexibility. For my first job they worked really well with my schedule and really tried to make their employees happy.

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to move around more within the store. I asked multiple times in the time I worked there to get trained elsewhere and three months before I left I was trained at the service desk.

What I wish was different

I wish that sometimes my coworkers would clean up a bit more or stock more but I understand if they get busy or caught up in their work.

Guest Service Attendant

July 2014 - December 2018 • Chula Vista, CA

What I liked

Great Company to work for. They treated everyone with respect and adjusted schedule around school needs.

What I wish was different

Unless you had a supervisor position, such as mine, your schedule was pretty sporadic. It would of been nice for all employees to have a set schedule.

Advice

Learn to work in all areas, not just the one you are hired for. It shows that you are dedicated to helping the company grow, and they tend to look very favorably on the people that do so.
