My advice would be, do not worry about what new employees will think of you just make a good first impression for the people that matter and keep you work ethic as strong as the first day you started working. Show consistency.

I had great coworkers and all my bosses were extremely considerate and worked well with us. I was also scheduled 40 hours a week which was great for making money.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to have less closing shifts as I would have them a few times a week and not get home until 1 am.
