I loved working with kids. It wasn't like a job to me, I got play and hang out with kids of all ages and chase them around the yard and go to trampoline parks and have water fights. I had so much fun this summer.
What I wish was different
I wish I could've stayed and not have to go back to school.
Advice
Never tell kids they can't do something, give them an alternate option. It works much better. For example, no, you can't hit your brother in the face with a stick, however, you can squirt him with this water gun to get your energy out.
