Very flexible scheduling which helps when being a full time college student. Get to work with other members and improve my social skills as well as my multitasking skills.

Nice job for those looking to have a little extra side income especially for college students. The majority of the staff consist of other college students which makes the work environment even more enjoyable.

I wish that when school started, they were more flexible with my schedule as a student. I wanted to continue working, but the hours were too demanding on top of being in college.

It's a fun summer job! Great way to learn customer service. Never had a customer I couldn't handle.

I like the manager I worked under and how I could see first hand the culture he created within the particular store location I interned at.

I wish I would have been given more responsibility and treated as another manager in the store. At times it really felt like I was treated as an extra pair of hands.

I would share to incoming interns at Kohl's to really keep an open mind the entire time and be able to quickly adapt because you will be doing new tasks every single day!

definitely cause a little chaos. Its ok to be a management intern and do things your way. You are only there for a little bit and you're there to see if you have the potential and to see if your ideas have potential as well.
