It is ok not to know everything, especially in the medical field. One has to have an open mind and be willing to ask for help when they run into something they don't know how to do.

The staff was amazing they always had work for me to do and supported me if I was on familiar with work.

I would want to worked more days during the week which would have made it easier to stay in the loop. I only work two days due to the schedule though which made communication difficult.

I would advise someone to ask as many questions as possible and take advantage of the great experience you get

What I liked

I loved working with people and meeting new people. It is great to invest into their lives and give them recognition by serving them and remembering their names because it matters to them even though it is a hospital where patients are going through so much.

What I wish was different

I wish there was more fairness in treating the employees just because some people work very hard but others dont and there is a lot of favoritism.

Advice

I think it would be very helpful to go into this with a mindset of serving no matter what your job position is. It is a very fast paced job and there is no time to chill. Three hours fly by. Therefore, making the most of it and lastly, getting to know the nurses and other employees. It helps.

To have the love and passion for helping others. The job can be daunting and even physical but it’s extremely rewarding. You learn a lot from your patients and even make relationships.
