“I really liked working a standard 9-5 job during the week so that I could enjoy a relaxing weekend. Before working with Zeal, I was a server and worked evenings and weekends, so I definitely preferred this type of schedule. I also really enjoy the company cultural at Zeal. Everyone is so welcoming and excited, and they are all very passionate about uniting the entire company (rather than being divided into individual branches). To further this value, they have company-wide events all summer (e.g. corn hole tournaments, potlucks, company parties, company-wide quarterly meetings, floater positions that travel to other branches, etc.). They are also dedicated to serving the members first and have many service opportunities and contests based on donating to different causes. Overall, this company was excellent to work with, and because of the welcoming environment, I have worked there for 2 summers (as well as over Spring and Winter breaks) and plan to work with them for a third summer this year.”

“I really liked the culture of this company. Zeal Credit Union HQ cares about its employees just as much as the members. They put effort into creating collaborative, company-wide events (such as charity fundraisers, Dave and Busters hangouts, Corn Hole Tournaments, company picnics, etc.) in order for the members to form personal relationships with each other. Additionally, they ensure newly employed individuals go through 2 weeks of training to feel fully confident with the systems, procedures, and policies.”
