What I liked
I liked that I had a lot of responsibilities that I had to juggle every single day. I loved working with different people almost every single day and meeting new kids every week.
What I wish was different
I did not like the rigid hours and the amount of labour this job required. I was working with 3 to 4 years olds for 8 hours a day with a short break.
Advice
I would advise people to practice patience and time management.

Advice
Many employees have to first action to get mad at the children when they misbehave or do not listen but I would like to advise to listen first and hear their reasoning and understand.

I loved being able to hang out with the kids everyday. I loved leading and creating new and fun ways for them to play and interact with each other. I loved going on field trips as well.

I liked everything about summer camp. Although, I wish we went on more big field trips.
