It was an amazing learning experience, you will most likely never be perfect at what you do, especially overnight, so don't be afraid to ask questions and look for extra support outlets.

Working with children was very fascinating. I was able to learn so much about caring and tending to the younger youth.

Absolutely nothing I had a wonderful experience working for the YMCA this summer.
Advice
Many employees have to first action to get mad at the children when they misbehave or do not listen but I would like to advise to listen first and hear their reasoning and understand.
