I enjoyed the small community that supported the team home or away. For such a small town each game became better then the last.
What I wish was different
I wish our pay was sorted out before arriving. The group of us interns spent over a month working for the team before receiving any pay. However the owners in the end worked every out.

Be ready and able to be super flexible.
