Employers are very nice and managers are very nice and reasonable. Also, when I left for school, I was able to come back and work whenever I wanted to.
What I wish was different
In terms of the customers, If they weren’t so lazy to put carts in cart holders where they should go and plugged in scooters like they should and not leave them in the parking lot with the battery light on.
Advice
Try and put in effort. That’s all the managers care about.

I enjoyed the front end staff. They are so kind and great to work with.

A lot of changes had occurred each week due to the pandemic, I wish that we had an idea as to what was going on prior to the day of.
Advice
Overall, it’s a good place to work during college, just understand that changes may occur. If you are working front end, there may be times that it’s understaffed, so be prepared to work quickly through the stressful situation.

I wish we could have better management and that Walmart would actually care about it's employees.
Advice
If you need the money to pay your bills, Walmart is a steady job that guarantees a paycheck. But, if you can't handle a fast pace and high demand work environment that requires medium level physical labor, then don't apply.

What I liked
I loved the people that I worked with! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I also liked the fact that I was able to be outside a lot since I was working in the Lawn and Garden Department.

Honestly, nothing! I enjoyed coming to work early every day and I kept a consistent schedule my whole time working there.
Advice
Make sure that you're having fun while you work, and have fun with the people you work with. It makes the experience so much better!
