“I loved that my team was very flexible. My team allowed me to dabble in multiple different areas to gain better knowledge in student affairs. I was able to meet with the directors of multiple different departments and gain better knowledge of what they do on a day-to-day basis. I loved being able to work as a graduate residence coordinator, while being an undergraduate student back at my home institution.”
