“Getting to see both of my majors at work! Having a seat at the table to witness VNDLY's growth over the last 2 years was everything and more that I could have wanted to experience in a startup culture. Everything I learned in the classroom about Entrepreneurship was played out as we grew and I was able to apply this knowledge to my understanding of Venture Capital investments, scaling an organization, and the sales to implementation cycle. I was able to take on multiple responsibilities and roles from Sales and Marketing work to client Implementations and Product design. My interest in information systems and software has only doubled as I've been able to experience how the agile development cycle works in real time. My understanding of this from my MIS classes has grown exponentially through my client implementation experience from gathering requirements to testing and delivery of the product. I have always felt very supported in my internship and now full time role by our driven team. I feel that our incredible culture is a result of the energy and focus on mission that each team mate brings to the company. There is always an expert to answer your questions, support your learning, and challenge your growth. It's very rewarding to see your contributions impact the rapid growth of the company which is just one reason I have continued with VNDLY in a full time role. ”
