I was given a great deal of responsibility and was able to take some projects on my own. I enjoyed communication with vendors to resolve issues and the problem solving aspect of the job.
What I wish was different
A little more training at the beginning would have been helpful. I shadowed for a few days, trained for a few days, and then took the job of the person training me when she left after a week.
Advice
Make friends with the people in your office. They can be very helpful and make your work experience more enjoyable.
