Nurse Intern

May 2019 - August 2019 Cedar Rapids, IA
“I liked the fact that I was working 1:1 with a nurse full time over the summer. I got a real look at what it will be like when I graduate. I worked on my communication skills by giving report to physicians, and other nurses. I improved my patient rapport, and I even got some practice talking to families. I also appreciated the fact that I was able to float to different floors throughout the summer, and that I was able to see some surgeries as well. ”
