Reviews

Graduate Research Assistant

November 2021 Austin, TX
“People! Everyone at the School of Public Health in Austin is kind, helpful, and brilliant! I work with Dr. Byrd-Williams on Maternal and Child Health projects and highly recommend her. Benefits are good - as a single mother I was especially grateful for back-up childcare reimbursement (10 days/ year). Compensation is not great, but GRA are extremely underpaid nation-wide. The position qualified me for in-state tuition, so that helped a ton.”

Intern and LRME fellow

“I enjoyed working with the Office of Academic Affairs and Student Services. The staff was exceptionally friendly. ”
