Our CEO for One Month US program receives thousands of applicants each year, and 10 outstanding candidates are chosen to compete in a fun but challenging “bootcamp” to select our official US CEO for One Month intern! Finalists also receive access to other exclusive internship opportunities at the Adecco Group and receive valuable leadership development education through workshops and interactions with our company leaders when they participate. Our US CEO intern will not only work with our US executive team, but they will also work on projects and challenges with other country CEOs for a truly global experience. Based on performance in the global projects, the top 10 country CEOs are invited to Europe, to compete in a final bootcamp for the opportunity to shadow the Global CEO of the Adecco Group, Denis Machuel, for another month.
