I enjoyed the creative freedom that was given to me to make whatever type of video content I wanted such as mic'd ups or behind the scenes. Most places you aren't given the amount of creative freedom that was available to me here. I enjoyed working with all the different people here and made some solid connections for the future.
What I wish was different
I wish we would have had a busier schedule such as games. This league was a pretty small women's basketball league. We only had about 8 games for the three months. Just wish there would have been a bigger work load and stuff to accomplish.
Advice
I would say be prepared to have creative freedom and don't be shy to try new ideas and create something that hasn't normally been done with the organization. Don't be afraid to express your ideas.
