What I liked

I liked how nice all the people there was. Since this was a smaller company, I was also able to get my hands on a lot of project and learned a great deal about how working on research/manufacturing was like. There were many professionals that guided me.

What I wish was different

I wish that the commute for me was shorter, though that was a personal situation. Because of the nature of my work, I always had to be in person to work in the labs physically. I know they do offer remote and/or hybrid positions though.

Advice

Treat the internship as a summer-long interview. Constantly do your best and always reach out to people to both connect and learn.

What I liked

Working on a variety of different projects has been a rewarding experience. Every project has different problems to solve, which challenged me to always be learning and adapting to the situation at hand.
