“I learned so much about the backstage and management of theatre, which I previously did not have experience in (I am an actor). I also got to observe masterclasses and help with monologue coachings and teach classes, and I learned so much as an actor from those experiences. I filled up almost an entire notebook with the notes that I took throughout the process. I was also able to make connections with staff members through meetings with senior staff members where I was able to ask lots of questions. ”
