We were able to practice skills each week with the other interns, practice case formulation for clients, learn new skills through Sentio videos, and watch the Sentio counselors practice client statements with each other. I enjoyed the feedback I received when practicing the skills, as well as the support from other interns when practicing new skills together. I appreciated how there was never a single "right answer" to a statement or question; we just had to try our best and follow the criteria.
