What I liked

I liked the work environment and the people that I worked with. The staff through ScribeKick also prepared me to be a medical scribe through training and shadowing of a more experienced scribe, that made me feel more confident about the job.

What I wish was different

Nothing, I liked the pace of training and the workflow.

Advice

Be prepared that it is a fast moving environment, and for my particular experience, the physician that I scribed for had to see a lot of patients so I was always on the move to take notes for him. However, I found the experience very enjoyable, but I would give the advice that the medical scribe should be prepared to be on their feet and actively listen throughout the day.
