Very flexible, remote hours. No limit on how much you can work. Very nice hourly wage ($40-45/hr for Bio majors).
What I wish was different
company is massively corporate, where you are just a number. Can be randomly kicked off of a project, or your account suspended (happened to me!). I was even promoted to QA, then kicked off randomly.
Advice
Work hard while the work is there because the project can end at any moment.
