Culinary Camp Counselor

“This camp gave me an opportunity to share my love of cooking with kids of all ages, teaches them kitchen safety and fun recipes. It taught me more about gardening and helped the kids learn about where their food comes from. I loved getting to visit orchards, farms, and dairy farms where everyone could get involved in activities such as picking fruit or planting potatoes. There was also an opportunity to teach the kids about nutrition and how different foods affect our bodies, or how digestion works. These lessons taught me new information as well as to the kids. ”
