What I wish was different
While my experiences in the engineering field is not extremely vast I wish that the process of creating and implementing changes where faster. Being meticulous and thorough in the field of engineering is crucial to avoid any possible mistakes but at times it seemed like it was too slow.
Advice
At times it can be frustrating waiting for projects to move along, but that's just the ways things go in the field. Over time and with further growth I believe that these issues will be streamlined to optimize the efficiency of thought to finished product.

What I liked
I loved my boss and coworkers. The work environment and culture was truly incredible and I enjoyed the people and location immensely.
What I wish was different
I wish I had done more designing. I'm not a cubicle type of person and a bulk of the job was updating old spreadsheets into a new format.
Advice
Don't be afraid to leave your comfort zone. I moved out of state for 3 months and had a blast and learned so much.
