What I liked

I enjoyed getting to experience a balance between both a desk job and working directly on the floor with warehouse managers, production supervisors, etc. Getting to learn about the overall process and come up with solutions/analyze data was also a very good experience.

What I wish was different

The location wasn't the most interesting, but given that it's a charcoal plant, there's not much that can be changed. I personally was fine with the location, but I understand that a small town like Summersville isn't for everyone.

Advice

Don't be afraid to get dirty, you work at a charcoal plant so it's bound to happen and you might as well embrace it. If you want to get things done effectively it's best to be very hands on.
