Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The onboarding and training experience is one I have never had before at any other previous jobs.

What I liked
Loved being sent by my company and 19 years old to open up a very well-known restaurant chain and being trusted to train their staff and manage the floor.

I could stay longer :)

Never underestimate yourself for lack of experience and especially age - you never know how much you can learn and soak up in the moment. Fake it til you make it when it comes to confidence.
