Progeny Systems is a General Dynamics Mission Systems business. Progeny Systems capabilities include specialized software and hardware solutions for acoustics, cybersecurity, weapon launch and control systems, surveillance, and complex multi-tiered architectures for the Department of Defense (DOD) and other organizations.
Progeny started off as a small business that grew over a couple decades before a successful integration with General Dynamics Mission Systems in 2024. Our work has always focused on the warfighter, platform survivability and modernization.
We have a diverse portfolio of successful and ongoing projects across our many business areas. Several of these projects were awarded to Progeny through Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contracts with the United States Government—many of which are continuing to grow production systems today.
