Need to rehire a full-time janitor to focus strictly on cleaning. Prefer a higher hourly wage.

What I liked
Great job with amazing staff and a respectful boss. Loved working with customers in an environment I enjoyed thoroughly, as working at the gym motivated myself to be more physically active.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have stayed and pursued moving up throughout planet fitness, although it would not be feasible with college.
Advice
Enjoy it, and realize that jobs like this are just a part of your life, they aren't your final destination. As much as you might want to move up or stay and work full time hours opposed to college, realize that there are bigger things in life to pursue.

What I liked
I worked the night shift, so it wasnt mcuh for me to do. The job was never overcrowded, and barely anyonw was in the gym
What I wish was different
My patament schedule. My boss was really bad at paying me on time. Also the clocking/out system that he implemented on his IPAD was ineffective.
Advice
Make sure your boss pays you on time or they will drag out the process of paying the money that you worked for.
