NAU Career Development has an amazing team with a respectful, family-like culture. I enjoy the fact that I am able to build my schedule as needed, and my supervisors have flexibility on most things.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been able to take more hours or consider full time work for the summer.
Advice
Make sure to communicate needs to your supervisors. In my experience, they were always able to make reasonable accommodations whenever I needed them.
