“The flexibility of the position. Coming out of school I was worried about being just put into a cubical at a company and assigned work with no real training. That is not the case at MHC, the MIT program has you shadow every position at one of the MHC dealerships and helps you to understand what everyone does in the company. Being able to work with the Techs all the way up to the branch manger is so refreshing and it has been an awesome experience.”
