Using volunteers we build 35 mobility carts each week. They are hand cranked, wood, all terrrain carts that are given away worldwide to leg handicapped persons. Interns can apply too.

“I enjoyed the hands on practical experiences this position gave me. Working on remaking engineering drawings, helped my CREO/CAD skills to improve. Machining pieces and parts using a lathe, angle grinder, mill, etc. really gave me a working familiarity with each machine, and a working understanding of their limits / peculiarities. Probably the best part, was the satisfaction of a job well done, when a cart which would help people gain mobility was shipped off. ”
