I like that I was able to experience my field of work before I graduated. It showed me exactly what I was going to be doing after graduation and I'm lucky to have figured out how I want to run my classroom in the future. I also now am better with rapport with students, parents, and coworkers.
What I wish was different
Completing this internship during the pandemic was hard. Everything had to be reworked and no day was a "typical" day, so we made new normals from it!
Advice
Stick with it and know that no matter what if you're passionate about it, you will find different and new joys every day. Even when it seems like it's too difficult to wake up the next morning!
