At Migrant Justice, we build the voice, capacity, and power of Vermont's farmworker community while engaging allies to organize for economic justice and human rights.
Migrant Justice is a grassroots organization founded and led by immigrant farmworkers who sustain Vermont's dairy industry. Through community organizing, leadership development, policy advocacy, and the Milk with Dignity and Immigrant Rights campaigns, we work alongside farmworkers to create lasting systemic change.
Our internship program offers students the opportunity to contribute directly to this work while developing skills in community organizing, advocacy, communications, event planning, research, and nonprofit operations.
