You can work as little as part time to as much as 60 hours + if you wanted to. -Opportunities for growth into management, training, operations, etc. -Being a return lifeguard and switching from novice to experienced lifeguard is such a rewarding feeling. -Star-guard certification was easy enough to learn and teach at an affordable cost. -Company wide bonding events such as community service projects, lifeguard championships, and end of the season and/or Holiday party. -Office personnel is very helpful and interactive during the entire summer.
