I love the opportunities provided that have allowed me to learn new programs and get valuable experience. The hours are incredibly flexible, and MERC allows me to take off when I need for school, family emergencies, and such.
What I wish was different
Compared to my friends' internships, the pay at MERC was low.
Advice
Go to career fairs and engage with people there. Also, be open to learning new things and grab each opportunity that comes your way.
