“One day a week was sitting in with the counselors hearing about their clients. Learned a lot from this and almost all of the internship consisted of sitting in the conference room just listening. One other day per week was a learning day. Learned a lot about cognitive behavioral therapy and how to apply it to different disorders. Also learned a lot about exposure therapy which I thought was interesting.”
