The hands on interactions I got with clients. I was exposed to a lot of things that we do not usually see everyday which helped me decide if the field I am studying in is really for me.
What I wish was different
The beginning was a little rough for me. I wish there would have been a better management team prior to when things were switched around. Overall, a good experience still.
Advice
The experience has been an adventure for myself. For a job like this one, I would suggest having "thick skin," and being empathetic.
Having those personality traits helps you view your job differently from any other job. It's an extremely flexible job that works as a team at all times when it is needed.
Overall, you will meet people with different tittles, personality traits and much more.
