LSS is a private, non-profit, human service organization providing a variety of programming throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Michigan. Over the course of our history, we have grown to be one of the largest and most experienced health and human services organizations in the Midwest. Since 1882, we have empowered communities to improve their health and wellbeing. We currently employ about 850 people and have touched over 100,000 lives.
Our headquarters is located in West Allis with satellite offices throughout Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Our services span all stages of life and include outpatient behavioral health clinics, international, domestic and special needs adoption programs, older adult services, support services for children, youth and families, adults with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness and community corrections programs.
