“Every lab is distinctly different, but I love how flexible my job is. I choose how many hours I want to work a week, not only that but I choose when I work during the week. My lab provides every avenue for their employees to grow. If someone wants to start their own project they will provide that individual with the training and experience required to complete their project independently.”
