What I liked

-Friendly work environment, you can tell that everyone wants you to be successful -Amazing training, as an accounting intern I was exposed to many different projects and journal entries -Open door policy, even though I worked remotely I could reach out to my manager with any questions/concerns -Work/Life balance they understand that things come up in your personal life and support you if you need to take time off

What I wish was different

- I wish I was able to go into the office a few times

Advice

- If given the opportunity to intern at Lennox, take it. This internship is what helped me decide that accounting was 100% the right path for me. Lennox is an amazing company because of their support and training my advice is to just jump on the opportunity.

- Accomodations provided for remote work. - learning opportunities and seminars - I was able to sit in on important meetings.

What I wish was different

- I wish I could have worked more with video production, but unfortunately, I could not due to the virtual format.

Advice

Take advantage of all learning seminars and opportunities.

Great place to work but not many job opportunities after your internship is done.
