“Working with Kristof and Koteve was an incredible step toward not only developing my professional skills but also discovering my professional strengths. My internship experience allowed me to create and execute projects that were tailored to the skills I wanted to learn. Rather than the typical internship of learning by watching, I was able to engage with Kristof in hands-on scenarios. The mentorship aspect allowed me to learn valuable skills to prepare myself for the transition from the classroom to the workplace (such as negotiation, and management and communication styles). Kristof's passion is inspiring for driving creativity in your work and seeking your version of success. I was able to make connections with several professionals locally and globally that felt the same passion.
