We're currently on the hunt for top talent to join a team in one of our 70+ locations across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. In our career, you'll be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 1000 companies. Building these relationships won’t always be easy, though. New to the staffing industry? That’s ok, we were, too, and we know you might not be a staffing expert, just yet. That's why we'll start you off as a Recruiter. You'll learn all about our service through a hands-on approach, placing candidates in jobs. Along the way, you’ll receive training and development through Insight Global University and given an Account Manager mentor to guide you. Day to day you'll review resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare candidates to meet hiring managers. Think of it like playing matchmaker, but for careers. And you'll get paid for it!
Once you've mastered the art of recruiting, you'll get promoted to become an Account Manager. You’ll be the one our clients turn to when they need help finding the perfect candidates for their team. You'll get to know their hiring goals, their team dynamics, and how our services can help them succeed. You'll be working closely with our Recruiting team, presenting your clients highly qualified candidates and market data. And you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're making a real difference in people's lives.
We don't need you to have prior sales experience, but we do need you to be willing to learn, put in the effort and have fun while you’re at it! We're looking for passionate and purpose-driven candidates who love working with people and want a long-term career.
