Her Next Play is a non-profit organization whose mission is to develop the next generation of women leaders through sports. Playing sports builds powerful leadership skills and female athletes have enormous career potential. Her Next Play programs inspire girls to stay in sports, help girls develop as leaders through sports, and help athletes launch their careers. We partner with schools, athletic departments, coaches, employees, and other community organizations to deliver programming and engage female athletes.
