What I liked

So far, I have enjoyed working with the staff, learning about their mission, and getting to know the Canva app.

What I wish was different

Since this internship is still ongoing, the only thing I wish was different is that I had more in-person time to meet with the Grow Portland staff and director. I am working and taking classes full-time, so many of our interactions are over Google Meet.

Advice

I think this has been a great experience so far, so just be open to what you can learn through this internship. Nonprofits have a wide variety of information to learn from.
