Who We Are: Founded in 1981 as a nonprofit dedicated to serving other nonprofits, ESC understands the unique challenges facing the Southern California nonprofit community. We work with organizations of all sizes and missions as they grow and evolve, providing an approach that is individualized and tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Our Coaching Approach: ESC is powered by our corps of 100+ executive-level, highly-trained consultants who volunteer their knowledge, experience and expertise to help our nonprofit clients succeed. Following an intensive vetting process, our consultants are trained in nonprofit best practices and strategies. ESC’s consultants “guide from the side” and respond to the specific needs of each client, empowering nonprofit leaders to discover solutions best fit to their organization’s culture, capacity and challenges.
