I interviewed with this company ~1 month ago.
They want you to life on your resume while they pretend to be you while submitting applications. They want 65% of whatever salary they negotiate for you. This is something like the 5th iteration of this company, they close up shop when the heat gets to be too much-- and reopen with another name.
Avoid if you have a sense of ethics.
