Founded in 1962, DOWL is a full-service, employee-owned, multidisciplinary engineering firm that has provided services throughout the western United States for more than 60 years. DOWL has more than 560 employees with 18 offices spread throughout Alaska, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming.
We provide civil engineering and related services with in-house expertise in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, hydrology, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), sanitary engineering, transportation and airfield engineering, construction administration services, materials testing, construction inspection, public involvement, master planning and project permitting, and environmental services and permitting.
